With a background as a nanny and a special education para educator, I’ve always been drawn to anything that allows me to be nurturing and empowering towards others and I bring a wealth of experience in providing tailored support to families. I have had a deep interest in all things pertaining to pregnancy and birth from a young age, and I’m so happy to be offering birth support to the pregnant people of Sonoma County. I’ve seen how profound an impact compassion and care can have during life’s most significant moments. I believe in the magic of connection and the strength that comes from a supportive community. Every birth is unique, and I’m here to help you embrace your individual journey with confidence.

A complimentary initial consultation to ask questions and get an idea if I’m the Doula for you
24/7 phone, text, or email support throughout length of service
Two prenatal visits lasting 1.5-2 hours each to discuss birth preferences, practice various comfort measures, and prepare you (and your partner/s) for what to expect during labor, birth, and postpartum
Access to recorded pregnancy and birth meditations
On-call support beginning at 38 weeks until your baby is born
In-person labor support until you are ready to settle in and enjoy all of the newborn cuddles
2 postpartum visits during which we can discuss your birth experience, feeding support, light tidying up, etc
